How to Fill the UPSC CDS II 2025 Application Form

Step 1: One-Time Registration (OTR)

  1. Visit the official UPSC website: https://www.upsc.gov.in.
  2. Click on the “One-Time Registration (OTR)” link.
  3. Provide your basic details,
  4. Set up a password and security questions.
  5. Submit the form to generate your OTR ID.
  6. Verify your registration via the OTP sent to your registered email and mobile number

Step 2: Part I Registration

  1. Log in using your OTR ID and password.
  2. Click on “Apply Online” for the CDS II 2025 Examination.
  3. Fill in the required details:
    • Personal Information
    • Educational Qualifications
    • Address
    • Preferred Examination Centre
  4. Submit the form to receive your Registration ID.

Step 3: Part II Registration

  1. Log in using your Registration ID and password.
  2. Pay the application fee:
    • ₹200 for General/OBC candidates.
    • No fee for SC/ST/Female candidates .
    • Payment can be made online via debit/credit card, UPI, net banking, or offline via SBI challan.
  3. Upload the following documents:
  4. Scanned passport-size photograph (20–300 KB, JPG format).
  5. Scanned signature (20–300 KB, JPG format).
  6. Photo identity proof (20–300 KB, PDF format).
  7. Submit the application form.
